During my internship at this company, I was able to learn a lot of new skills and develop my existing ones. The tasks and projects I worked on were challenging, but I felt supported by my colleagues ,Team captain and Team leader as well throughout the process. I was able to work with a great team of people who were always willing to help me when I needed it. Although there were some challenges along the way, I was able to overcome them and learn from my mistakes. I have done a Campus Ambassador internship here. It is incredible, the team are always coordinating. Skill Academia's best part is, that it provides several opportunities. They teach us everything steps by step, it's a complete fascinating journey from a rookie to an experienced member. They also conduct proper time-slotted meetings, they always give proper email reminders for every task and also for any queries the seniors are always there to guide us throughout. I had joined Skill Academia as a Research Intern on the first hand and the way I was guided by able persons towards achieving my daily targets is worth mentioning. The part which I liked the most was that our tasks actually contributed to the Company's projects and I was more than happy to see my work gaining shape. Soon after, I was selected as the Campus President of St.Xavier's College,Kolkata(Autonomous) on behalf of Skill Academia. With our Founder Sir's able guidance, I was soon successful in creating a base of quite a number of interns from our college. My task still continues. Currently, I am the Relationship Management Leader of the Company and it goes without mention that without everyone's advice and guidance beside me, I wouldn't have been able to continue and will not be able to in the future as well.
